Job Description:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, and Linkedin.
- Create with media Unit original graphics, videos, reels, and written content that align with CVC’s mission and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement
- Manage the organization’s social media calendar and ensure timely posts.
- Collaborate with the media team and programs coordinators to highlight ongoing activities, success stories, and urgent appeals.
- Cover live events, field visits, and campaigns with on-the-spot content when needed.
- Respond to followers' comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, media, or digital communications.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in design and editing software such as:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Canva
o Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar tools
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in NGOs or humanitarian organizations is an asset.
