I. Duties and Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with beneficiaries and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Teaching according to the students’ educational needs and abilities, including a focus on active and interactive learning, and following CVC Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy at all times.
• Make certain that beneficiaries’ needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitor and track the project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status adequately to all participants.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours and plan execution.
• Report and escalate to the project manager as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Supervise the team working on the same project
II. Job Qualifications and Requirements
A. Skills and Capacities
• Experience assisting in event management or activity implementation (field work).
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability and proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, French is a plus.
• Previous solid experience in active learning techniques.
• Knowledge of non-formal education programming.
• Ability to support and develop colleagues and students.
• Excellent cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity.
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal skills: ability to establish harmonious and effective working relationships with people from different backgrounds and positions
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability to both CVC team and the community
• An active team member
B. Other Requirements : Residency in Al-Arkoub, Hasbaya, South Lebanon - Kfarhamam, Kfarshouba, Wizzani, Wata khiyam
C. TIME COMMITMENT
• 12 months coordination of 6 BLN cycles, 4 days per week on-site + 2 day office per month. HQ in Mount Lebanon.
• Weekly awareness and outreach coordination remotely
• Event management on site based on event scheduling

• B.A/B. S degree in teaching from an accredited institution or related field teaching. Experience in Psychosocial support is a plus.
B. Professional Background
• At least two years of professional experience in teaching or education field.
