- Lead and manage an integrated department that includes Islamic Education, Social Studies, Physical Education, and Student Activities.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of teachers and facilitators to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement across all domains.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with national standards and the school’s vision for holistic education.
- Promote the development of students’ ethical values, civic responsibility, physical well-being, and creative expression.
- Coordinate major school events such as religious celebrations, national days, sports events, and cultural activities.
- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to deliver meaningful, value-based learning experiences.
- Monitor teaching practices and conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members under the department.
