Office Administrator

  • Overseeing an efficient office environment which includes maintaining computer and telephone systems, purchasing office supplies, and directing internal communications.
  • Managing day to day activities and reporting any issue to the higher manager.
  • Responsible for coordinating transportation, air tickets and all logistic details.
  • Answering Telephones and Greeting Visitors
  • Maintaining databases and files
  • Responsible for managing the attendance for the office staff.
  • Preparing minutes of meeting, scheduling meetings, and sending emails.
  • Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Regularly checking and tracking content
  • Work in a Diverse team with professionals such as web developers, social media executives and photographers to improve the strategy of the content.
  • Responsible for enhancing the image of CVC on social media.
  • Creating social media campaigns for events and seasonal projects.
  • Identifying press opportunities through evolving issues.
  • Develop content for broadcast, print and online distribution channels
  • Scan media marketplace to keep up to date on the latest media trends.
  • Monitor all campaigns, and report on results.
  • Create and manage the organization's social media profile and presence.
  • Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
  • Build long-term relationships with media houses.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the GM
