Project Implementation & Coordination
Conduct project activities based on assessed needs and project design.
Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, local communities, and authorities.
Coordinate with local partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth project operations.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor and evaluate qualitative and quantitative progress.
Identify and respond to special protection cases requiring tailored interventions.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
Track project implementation and suggest improvements based on field observations and stakeholder feedback.
Maintain proper field-level documentation, including meeting minutes, attendance records, and feedback from social workers.
Report regularly to the Protection Manager and contribute to internal evaluations.
Human Resources & Capacity Building
Assist in the recruitment of qualified staff and partners for project activities.
Support capacity building efforts for staff and community partners.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Networking & Representation
Represent the organization in relevant networks and coordination meetings to expand partnerships.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Administration & Logistics
Prepare and submit timely procurement requests to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
Ensure all logistical arrangements are cost-effective and aligned with donor regulations and internal procedures.
Proposal Development
Support proposal writing and contribute to the design of new protection initiatives.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Executive Director and Protection Manager.
