Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Program Support
- Assist in the implementation of protection activities under supervision.
- Support the organization of awareness sessions, community activities, and outreach events.
- Assist with beneficiary follow-up and referrals, as appropriate.
Data & Documentation
- Support data collection, data entry, and basic reporting in line with confidentiality standards.
- Help maintain organized files, attendance lists, and activity documentation.
- Assist in preparing activity reports and summaries.
Coordination & Field Support
- Coordinate with team members during field activities.
- Support logistics and preparation for protection sessions and distributions when required.
- Participate in internal meetings, trainings, and briefings.
Safeguarding & Ethical Conduct
- Adhere strictly to CVC Charity’s Safeguarding, Child Protection, PSEA, and Confidentiality policies.
- Report any protection concerns, safeguarding risks, or incidents through established reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure respect, dignity, and non-discrimination when interacting with beneficiaries.
Learning Objectives
- Gain hands-on experience in humanitarian protection programming.
- Understand basic protection principles, referral pathways, and case confidentiality.

• University student or recent graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Humanitarian Studies, or related fields.
• Interest in humanitarian work and protection of vulnerable populations.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
