Head of Computer Training Center    Position Summary: Manages and defines the daily operations and the long-term Computer Training Center strategic goals of the Association of Charity and Culture. She/He  builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. She/He comes up with a strategic plan on how to implement the training program and how to identify key weaknesses to ensure client satisfaction. Head of Computer Training Center must work closely with other managers in other departments.     Reports To: This person is directly responsible to the Principal of the Association of Charity and Culture. Position Responsibilities: Prospects for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Makes Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area , uses advertising or other means to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.  Meets potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network. Identifies potential clients, Sets up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principal. Researches and build relationships with new clients. Develops and implements strategies for our products and services to compete within the market Responsible for putting the annual curriculum for the Association of Charity and Culture Computer Training Center and coordinate the development of the annual plan including the schedule, description of events and identification of teachers. Oversees the delivery of programs, including registration, and resource materials development. Maintains accurate and up-to-date student roster based on enrollment Prepares and shares performance material with teachers Contributes to collaborative team effort by communicating, facilitating transference and understanding of technical knowledge, work flow and job-specific functions and tasks with colleagues via meetings, training, workshops, documentation, e-mails or other communication methods. Develops policies and procedures to ensure efficient Center operations and quality service as per International Standards. Guides employees to work under company policies and regulations. Identifies opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in expansion. Understands the Center’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the performance. Provides monthly reports to the Principal of the Association Performs other duties as required.     Knowledge, skills & abilities to perform the job duties   Head of Computer Training Center should have good interpersonal skills and be a good motivator. She/He should be well-organized. She/He should also have management experience and skills. Excellent customer service skills is an asset. She/He should be able to carry out multiple tasks at the same time.She/He should be innovative, creative and able to work in a team environment. Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals and Professionalism.       Education & Experience required A bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of sales or marketing experience specifically in a computer training center.
