School &day Care Practical Nurse

Job Title: School& Day Care Practical Nurse   Reports to: Registered Nurse   Reports to her/him: None     Main tasks:   -        Assists the RN in conducting annual medical checkups for all students & children.     -        Assists the RN in providing emergency health care to needy cases such as injuries, headaches, stomach-aches…   -        Assists the RN in accompanying students & children to hospitals in case of emergencies.     -        Explains and provides information to the concerned teachers about students& children having special cases.   -        Assists in the health education of students & children by acting as resources for staff, and actively teaching classes such as first aid.   -        Assists the RN in Reviewing and maintains health records.     -        Attends meetings, workshops, and training sessions during and outside school hours.   -        Performs other duties of similar nature as requested by the Registered Nurse.         Requirements:   Education Background: BT in Nursing   Experience: Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
