How to Apply
1.Requested Documents: If you are interested in submitting a bid, please check our TOR form (attached).
2. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to: Nabad Bekaa Office, Ali Hassan Building, facing Canada station,Rayak Main Road.
3.CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 20th of September 2023 at 14:00 Beirut Time.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
To express interest medical insurance companies/firms, are requested to submit the following documents:
1) Financial Proposal including:
Table of Benefits describing the benefits/services offered, per class B
List of networks contracted with the Insurance company (Drs, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, physiotherapists, etc..)
List of exclusion (services)
*P.S: Payment terms. All prices must be in United States Dollars and inclusive of Value Added Tax.
2) Company profile (plus all registration documents, and ID of owner) – to be consolidated in one pdf.

Period of Insurance contract: Two Years (1 October 2023 – 1 October 2025)
Population age: between 22 and 65
