- Conduct pre and post intervention assessment as required by the program.
- Conduct home visits to the families of the missing, and conduct assessment on family composition, economic status and psychosocial well-being of the wives and mothers, fathers of the missing. That are only identified by ICRC
- Provide supportive listening and emotional support.
- Conduct home visits to identify difficulties and provide emotional support to families of the missing through supportive listening. The emotional support may be required especially for wives, mothers and fathers at the time of assessment, and to those who do not respond well in the support group (too emotional, or quiet all the time).
- Organize support groups to encourage exchange and mutual support to reduce their emotional difficulties and promote psychosocial well-being.
- Organize the FOM to come to support groups and follow up on people who do not attend the support group meetings to understand why they did not attend.
- The support groups should be conducted ideally once a week to once in ten days for the same group.
- Raise awareness regarding the needs of the families of missing.
- Conduct awareness raising sessions through presentations and discussions with key community members about the needs of the families of the missing to increase understanding and support
- Provide information to the families.
- Through home visits or any communication, provide information to families regarding different available services for them.
- Refer to existing services that provide health care, administrative and legal support, and economic service (if applicable); and follow up.
- Map existing services at the local level and district level and refer the family to existing service providers based on the needs of the families. Know how to use 4ws platform in order to update mapping services.
- Conduct follow up visits to families to check with them what happened after the referral, and check with the agency referred to in collaboration with the coordinators, to ensure the families received appropriate services.
- Of note: ICRC will not provide any financial input in these referrals

- Keep records of family visits and what was discussed.
- Keep records of each support group session.
- Keep records of each home visit needed to provide additional emotional support to group members who did not participate well in the support group sessions.
- Keep records of each referral.
- Provide a monthly statistics and descriptive report of the services provided.
- Keep record of beneficiaries using step by step application, as DASS21 score before and after using the application, if it shows a high score try to link them with correspondent service.
