Admin Officer- Bekaa Area

Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team, ensuring efficient implementation.

Assist in case management coordination for children in prisons, detention centers, or at risk of exploitation, ensuring adherence to legal and human rights frameworks.

Support the preparation of legal reports, advocacy materials, and policy briefs related to child protection and juvenile justice.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and legal awareness sessions, including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain project files and records, both electronically and physically.

Assist in monitoring and evaluating project activities, compiling data, and preparing donor reports.

Handle correspondence and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Support awareness campaigns and advocacy efforts related to juvenile justice and child protection laws.

Perform any other related tasks as required by the project.

•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Human Rights, or a related field.
•Experience in legal case management, advocacy, or child protection, especially in the juvenile justice system or detention facilities.
•At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or advocacy role within an NGO, legal organization, or human rights-focused project.
