Beekeeping - Trainer - (Baalbeck - Barelias - Ghazze - Saghbin)

  • Demonstrate the desire, willingness, and expertise to facilitate skill building activities and work through INTERSOS to support the most vulnerable refugees.
  • Ensure commitment of participants in the training and report any lack of attendance.
  • Report in known any conflict of Interest between participants – Same HH, Participated previously, family members of the facilitator, etc...
  • Ensure confidentiality of all heard or seen information of POCs in the activity specifically or in the CDC in general.
  • Provide services without accepting gifts or money from participants which leads to terminate the agreement work immediately.
  • Pledge to work with the refugees with respect and dignity and act responsibly.
  • Respect confidentiality of information without sharing it with any other party.
  • Behave properly and positively with POCs and respect the norms of international law.
  • Treat participants equally without discrimination in accordance with the principles and standards of INTERSOS and Nabad.
  • Demonstrate readiness to carry out the tasks required to help others unconditionally.
  • Ensure Safety and delicate usage of specific materials and center equipment (specified by the SSW through materials usage sheet). Ensure that the provided material is properly used and kept.
  • Work comfortably with the specific target groups.
  • Provide the SSW with the specific list of materials needed, with exact specifications.
  • Abide and promptly report any violation of Code of Conduct, and ensure transparent communication with INTERSOS and Nabad staff, acting according to the guiding principles of Do No Harm Approach, prioritizing safety, confidentiality, dignity, and non-discrimination.

  • Report to CDC staff (INTERSOS and Nabad) Senior Social Worker observations of participants in need of urgent support or assistance.
  • Support in Identifying POCs with specific needs, to include them in skills training and provide them with necessary support.
  • Ensure effective delivery of the skill-building trainings and work with SSW to ensure maximum impact.
  • Work for the best interest of the participants and pay equal attention to all to ensure delivery of all needed technical information related to that specific skill.
  • Act according to the Code of Conduct and principles of INTERSOS and Nabad.
  • Provide INTERSOS with information on the needs and concerns of certain groups and link INTERSOS with these groups for further dialogue if needed. 
  • Proactively support INTERSOS in the designing, implementation, and development of the Skill-building activities, in line with the Community-Based Approach Strategy.
  • Working Hours: minimum 4 hours/week, maximum 8 hours/week
    Number of sessions: minimum 12 sessions, maximum 16 sessions
