Conduct psychosocial assessments of vulnerable cases, including environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors as well as resources and strengths that impact the individual's well-being.
Ensure the preparation of accurate case plans for high-risk cases identified with clear outcomes and time frames.
Provide direct support and counseling to vulnerable boys and girls.
Provide safe and appropriate case management and referrals to Project Officer.
Case management will include:
Assessment of needs.
Developing an action plan.
Implementing the plan.
Appropriate following case closure (if and when appropriate).
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plans in a timely manner.
Collect and manage data safely and ethically, and send reports based on the adopted system.
Participate in weekly internal meetings and monthly team meetings.
Continuously coordinate with field workers to identify the cases safely.
Coordinate with other actors providing essential services, including health, legal, psychological, security, and shelter.
Advocate with other organizations to ensure that survivors receive the best possible care.
Build capacity of other groups—particularly community groups—to provide quality CP prevention and response (if required).
Respect guiding principles of safety, confidentiality, and non-discrimination.

2 to 3 years of experience in provision of CP Case Management with children and caregivers
At least 2 years' experience providing coaching, training, and mentoring CP Case Worker and PSS activities with children and caregivers.
