Communication Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement communication and visibility strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Prepare annual communication plans, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Support advocacy and awareness initiatives related to humanitarian and development issues.
Content Development
- Produce high-quality written content including reports, success stories, press releases, speeches, newsletters, donor visibility materials, and website content.
- Ensure all communication materials are aligned with organizational messaging and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate bilingual communication outputs in Arabic and English.
Social Media & Digital Communication
- Manage organizational social media platforms and digital communication channels.
- Monitor analytics, engagement, and digital performance indicators.
- Develop creative campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
Donor Visibility & Coordination
- Ensure compliance with donor communication and visibility requirements.
- Coordinate approvals with donors and partners for communication materials and public outputs.
- Support project teams in integrating communication activities into implementation plans.
Institutional Communication
- Support the preparation of annual reports, presentations, brochures, and institutional materials.
- Coordinate internal communication and information sharing across departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
Media & Advocacy Support
- Support public campaigns, events, advocacy initiatives, and media engagement efforts.
- Draft key organizational statements and messaging related to emergencies and humanitarian response.
The employee may be required to work and move across all regions and project locations as necessary to support organizational needs and as assigned by the line manager.
