Ensure the respect of Child Protection Policy

Respect beneficiary confidentiality.

Develop and implement an outreach plan.

Organize outreach activities informing the local community about project activities

Ensures that all required documentation from field- work is prepared professionally and is properly filed.

Contributes to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on project activity progress and project impact.

Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.

Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.

Ensure the success of the organized activities by respecting logistical, administrative, and communication processes aligned with the donor’s rules and requirements.

Perform other essential duties as deemed necessary by the line manager

Conduct vulnerability assessments through home visits to identify the needs and risks of individuals and families.
