Association NABAD for development is a civil non-governmental organization; non-profit and secular association founded in 2013 and is working towards sustainable development of individuals and the society. Relying on the principles of equality and equal opportunity and justice, NABAD aims to raise public awareness on citizenship, child protection, democracy , human rights, promote gender equality, empower youth and women, and establish the concept of tolerance, conflict resolution and citizen participation. Nabad addresses challenges posed by the community at the local and national level, and responds to these challenges through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations and with social groups to train and empower them in order to meet the needs of the local community. nabad for development is implementing Project that help youth to be engaged within the community. Duties: 1- Coordinate with Project Manager to set up the dates for the training. 2- Coordinate with youth during the activities. 3- Build good relation between nabad and the municipalities . 4-Report to the Project Manager. It is preferred to have driving license .
