- Ensure accurate targeting and verification of eligible beneficiaries in coordination with MoA, MoSA, municipalities, and DRM units.
- Facilitate and supervise food parcel distributions and ensure full documentation of all MoVs.
- Support planning and delivery of unrestricted cash-for-food and USD 500 agricultural input grants through licensed Financial Service Providers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Agriculture Engineer on installation of 10 solar pumps and 20 greenhouses and ensure proper beneficiary handover.
- Mobilize and register farmers for awareness sessions and assist in MoA farmer registration campaigns.
- Collect accurate field data and support MEL staff with PDM surveys, attendance sheets, monitoring visits, and reporting.
- Promote accountability, safe programming, and protection principles, including Takalam CFM referral pathways.
- Maintain positive relations with communities and local authorities to ensure safe, effective field access.
