Purpose: The Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day to day implementation of financial procedures by ensuring adherence to Nabad’s policies and donor requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain financial policies throughout the organization
Prepare tax documents for the organization
Prepare financial report documentation
Manage Data, records and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.
Help with the financial data entry and general book keeping.
Review the financial data entry onto the accounting system.
Review payment vouchers.
Filling, archiving and photocopying of invoices, statements and correspondence.
Insure finalizing the documents for all payments to be delivered for the finance officer for reporting.
