Purpose:
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational finance processes at area level, and for coordinating budget preparation/reviews budgets for all related programs, donors, and departments by ensuring adherence to Nabad’s policies and donor requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the financial records’ systems and processes of the organization.
Maintaining accounting, monitoring and reporting procedures
Approving payment requests and validating payment vouchers
Reviewing and validating financial reports
Prepare financial statements, activity reports, and financial forecasts.
Analyze data and advise top management on how to amend spending plans.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of organization finances is maintained.
Coordinate with budget holders to monitor budgets and spending plans.
Support the program managers in budget reallocations.
Assist the Finance Manager in finalizing financial statements throughout the organization.
Share in Bid analysis committees for choosing suppliers.
