- Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS sessions in line with inter-agency selection criteria
- Conduct outreach for the areas selected to select the vulnerable beneficiaries
- Deliver FPSS sessions to children and caregivers
- Deliver MHPSS sessions for adolescents and caregivers
- Ensure PSS (FPSS and MHPSS) sessions is delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards.
- Make sure sessions are conducted in child friendly/safe spaces.
- Ensure to identify and refer children and caregivers in need of case management to CP case management on an on-going basis in line with interagency guidelines on safe identification and referrals.
- Maintain positive relations with local implementing actors, local authorities and other international and local stakeholders
- Ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies) during FPSS (attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent, referrals etc.)
- Ensure that ALL children and caregivers accessing PSS sessions and identified as being at high risk are referred to case management.
- Review the coaching session/plan together with the Officer and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.
- Work well with MEAL team to use the appropriate monitoring, tracking and reporting systems, tools and templates that enhance monitoring of project outputs and quality (pre-post- test, satisfaction surveys, FGD…)
- Submit weekly/monthly reports
- Keep the data collected from the beneficiaries secured and protected.
