  • The Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Officer will be a member of the Food Security and livelihood team. 

    The FSL officer will

    - Conducting livelihood sessions (Life Skills, Job Seeking, Digital Literacy, Livelihood Counselling sessions and Entrepreneurship Training), ensure and monitor the implementation of Livelihood activities in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas.

    - Screening employers and businesses for the Work Based Learning

    - Providing coaching sessions for employers and businesses

    -  Following up on daily technical planning.

    - Designing Workplan.

    - Collecting accurate data at field level and participating in data analysis

    - Contributing in conducting assessment, baseline and surveys

    - Collecting information and assisting in the quality analysis of the activities carried out

    - Ensuring regular monitoring and follow-up of the activities with the beneficiaries by regular field visits using monitoring tools

    - Participating in writing up reports on the progress of activities for which s/he is responsible

    - Archiving his/her monitoring tools and files.

Degree in Economics, International Relations, Development studies or similar field Minimum 3 years of experience in development programs, preferably working in food security and & livelihoods, and with experience in working with children and youth in close coordination with case management team.
