Prepare training schedules and plan and share them with Nabad Protection Manager
Prepare training material and content (presentations, worksheets, etc.) according to the objectives of the training.
Providing the attendance with the GBV core concepts and safe referrals
Provide technical consultation and strategic guidance through remote support and direct field missions.
Providing a time to discuss challenges and achievements in addressing GBV emergencies.
Preparing evaluation forms and share with Nabad for review.
Submit and prepare Pre-post-tests for attendance.
Draft a training report and submit the report after three days of conducting each training for comments and feedback.
