Deliver Homework support sessions to out-of-school children in primary till secondary levels
Tutor assigned students individually or in small group in core academic subjects
Prepare lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives
Adapt teaching techniques to meet the diverse learning styles and needs
Monitor students’ progress and provide support to those struggling with academic tasks
Adapt the activities for the Children with disabilities
Create, assign and grade various assessments for students
Manage student behavior
Create a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student’s participation
Help students in building self-confidence and improving study methods and habits
Ensure that all activities promote student participation, protection and psychosocial well-being
Maintain students’ attendance records
Communicate regularly with the supervisor on students’ progress, challenges and needs
Communicate regularly with parents and lead Parent-Facilitator meetings
Identify and refer any child protection or safeguarding concerns following the organizational procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in team meetings and trainings
Encourage students to explore learning opportunities and career paths
