1. HR Administration & Archiving
Maintain and update employee personnel files (hard and soft copies).
Scan, archive, and organize HR documents in accordance with Nabad procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive HR records.
Support in preparing HR letters & certificates.
2. Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
Screen CVs and maintain the recruitment database.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare recruitment documentation and onboarding files.
3. Payroll Assistance
Support in collecting attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure accurate entry of employee data related to salaries and benefits.
4. NSSF & Legal Compliance
Assist in preparing NSSF declarations.
Follow up on NSSF documentation and employee files.
Support in ensuring compliance with labor law.
5. General HR Support
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Respond to staff inquiries related to HR procedures.
