Human Resources Internship - Bekaa Area

  • Assist in completing reports, data analysis, documents and requested information.
  • Data entry on HRIS and validation of added information.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records and ensure integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Assist with posting job ads, screening the long list of CVs in accordance with requirements, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Assist with the HR induction of new staff and coordinate with line managers in relation to wider induction.
