- Assist in completing reports, data analysis, documents and requested information.
- Data entry on HRIS and validation of added information.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records and ensure integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Assist with posting job ads, screening the long list of CVs in accordance with requirements, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Assist with the HR induction of new staff and coordinate with line managers in relation to wider induction.
