Responsibilities:
- Deliver life skills training sessions to youth, focusing on key areas such as communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and personal development.
- Implement the curriculum developed by Save the Children International (SCI), ensuring that training is aligned with SCI's standards and objectives.
- Engage youth in interactive and participatory learning experiences to ensure effective skill development.
- Complete the Training of Trainers (TOT) provided by SCI to gain a comprehensive understanding of the life skills curriculum and its teaching methods.
- Monitor the progress of participants, providing feedback and support to ensure youth are developing the necessary skills for personal and professional growth.
- Provide individualized support as needed, offering guidance and mentorship to help youth overcome challenges and build confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and progress of participants.
- Collaborate with NABAD team and other staff members to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and the continued success of the program.
- Evaluate the impact of the life skills sessions and provide feedback to improve the curriculum and session delivery
