Ensure that the project is running according to Nabad and donor requirements and follow up on the progress of the objectives.
Ensures the effective implementation and follow up of institutional policies
Ensures proper planning and implementation of the project’s activities according to the defined strategy and targets. Compile and provide the operational monthly action plan.
Manage a team of five personnel’s to implement the project effectively.
Organize and lead assessments and mapping related to the dedicated sector of interventions
Writes reports for the funding agencies when relevant and monitors donor deadlines (grants, reporting, audits) concerning the project.
Provide programmatic and coordinate technical inputs to project proposals and concept notes.
Define project’s needs and organize the project’s resources efficiently to ensure the achievement of expected project’s results.
Ensures that appropriate data collection and management tools are in place on the project, in line with global standards.
Provide the Programme and Technical Coordinators with relevant information in order to facilitate the identification of interesting thematic areas for knowledge capitalization and lessons learning purposes.
Contribute towards the design/adaptation of tools to capture experience, knowledge and know-how in close collaboration with the operational team, Technical and MEAL Units.
Ensure regular reporting on your activities to the Director.
Ensure that the framework defining the role and responsibilities of Nabad, the partners and stakeholders for the project design/implementation is effective and in place.
Coordinate with support departments in regards with the project activities and in compliance with Nabad and donors’ procedures and tools.
