M & E Officer

  Job Purpose The M&E Officer will handle all data collection, analysis, and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all activities implemented . The M&E Officer will collaborate with the center coordinator / project manager in reviewing and preparing monthly, quarterly and final narrative reports. Additionally, s/he will replace or work with other members of the team, depending on the needs of the project. Main Duties & Responsibilities -       Support the center coordinator in creating a framework for the monitoring and evaluation process of project activities throughout the duration of the project; -       Daily communication with MC M&E coordinator for data collection, management and analysis also to work on solution for any issues occurred -       Responsible with  for collection of the complaints from the center feedback boxes on weekly basis -       Support in entering, organizing and compiling data collected alongside with the admin staff and the coaches -       Ensure data verification and validation under the supervision prior to its submission; -       Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe, accessible way; -       Analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data; -       Support the Center coordinator in providing recommendation to NABAD based on field needs and quantitative evidence; -       Suggest ways to facilitate data collection and the flow of data among Project team; -       Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and propose solutions along with the project Coordinator; -       Ensure that the data queries and requests are addressed in an accurate and timely manner; -       Assist Center Coordinator in drafting weekly and quarterly reports; -       The use of Access program is essential to apply to this position       Skills & Qualifications -       Min 2- 3 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience (essential) within a nonprofit Organization; -       IT background or relevant studies in university -       Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports in English; -       Data collection and management; -       Excellent use of computer with command on Access among other packages of MS Office; -       Proven skills in critical thinking, assessment and analysis; -       Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation; -       Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others; -       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; -       Strong organizational skills; -       Excellent communication, team building and training skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the association.
