Facilitate MAHARATI sessions for students, adhering to the curriculum and ensuring all pre- and post-tests are conducted.
Monitor student attendance, follow up on absences, and maintain an updated attendance tracker to meet program targets.
Complete and maintain accurate records in the youth database, including session dates and beneficiary information, ensuring data confidentiality.
Participate in the outreach and registration process for students using KOBO and BMA platforms.
Plan, implement, and follow up on youth-led initiatives, providing necessary guidance and support.
Collect and document feedback from students, including success stories, and report challenges, best practices, and recommendations for program improvement.
Support the planning and execution of walk-in activities for various age groups, events, and field visits, and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Identify and refer cases when necessary, and track and report on the referral process for students.
Act as the youth activities focal point in the MSCC project, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Ensure proper documentation of all data collected during MAHARATI sessions, including attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent forms, and referrals, while maintaining confidentiality.
Participate in relevant training, including child safeguarding, safe identification, and referrals.
Adhere to the work schedule as set by management, ensuring consistent and reliable contribution to the project while being flexible to meet evolving needs.
Collaborate with team members across departments, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the smooth operation of community centers and achieve the project’s goals.
Adapt to shifting priorities, proactively addressing challenges and assisting with any assigned tasks to ensure the continued success and positive impact of the project.
