Responsible for coordinating with the PSS activities and the Case Management to identify men, women, caregivers, and youth facing PSS challenges and in-need of support group activities (internal referrals), and forming support groups for these individuals
Facilitate and encourage a safe, confidential, and peer-supportive environment among group participants
Establish rapport/trust with the community and group members
Ensure confidentiality.
Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
Provide lessons learned from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation.
Refer CP, GBV and youth with special needs cases to the case manager for a professional intervention and follow up (direct intervention and/or external referral as needed).
Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
