- Conduct community outreach activities to identify and assess potential beneficiaries for the Food Parcels and Cash-for-Work Project.
- Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information, including demographics and specific needs.
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Coordinate the efficient distribution of food parcels to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Implement the cash-for-work component by engaging beneficiaries, explaining participation requirements, and providing necessary support.
- Address challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach.
- Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Utilize basic computer applications for data recording, reporting, and project management.
- Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
