Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.

Conduct outreach for the vulnerable population to get enrolled in the CDC activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information, including demographics and specific needs.

Address challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach.

Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Utilize basic computer applications for data recording, reporting, and project management.

Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
