- Conduct outreach in pre-identified locations to engage with children, caregivers, and community members, building trust and positive relationships.
- Map out schools and other educational services in the area to support program implementation and referrals.
- Register children using KOBO or other designated field tools, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Upload collected data to the server daily and track children’s attendance on a weekly basis.
- Conduct awareness sessions for caregivers on topics like positive parenting and other relevant issues.
- Support the referral of children to formal education or other learning opportunities.
- Report on challenges encountered and good practices, and provide recommendations to improve program implementation.
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines and ethical standards in all interactions with beneficiaries.
- Participate in relevant training sessions, including safe identification and referrals, child safeguarding, and outreach best practices.
- Adhere to the work schedule as set by management, ensuring consistent and reliable contribution to the project while being flexible to meet evolving needs.
- Collaborate with team members across departments, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the smooth operation of community centers and achieve the project’s goals.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, proactively addressing challenges and assisting with any assigned tasks to ensure the continued success and positive impact of the project.
