- Conduct community outreach activities to identify and assess potential beneficiaries for Multi-purpose Cash Assistance, food, non-food, and protection services.
- Conduct accurate needs assessment and regularly update records
- Conduct the distribution of food and non-food items (door to door or in selected locations)
- Document all field activities through proper Means of Verifications
- Conduct data entry on a daily basis about implemented activities.
- Follow-up on cash transfers and receipts by beneficiaries
- Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.
- Address and refer challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Utilize basic computer applications for data recording, reporting, and project management.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
- Perform other essential duties as deemed necessary by the line manager.
