Program

  • Plan, coordinate and conduct community outreach activities to identify and assess potential beneficiaries for Multi-purpose Cash Assistance, Food and Non-Food items distribution.
  • Plan and coordinate the distribution of kits/materials as per contextual circumstances and as per donor requirements to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Oversee the work of team under supervision and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.
  • Create a comprehensive database for all activities under project and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information, including demographics and specific needs.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Protection officer to ensure activities under different components are harmonized and complementary. 
  • Address challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
  • Ensure the success of the organized activities by respecting logistical, administrative, and communication processes aligned with the donor’s rules and requirements.
  • Perform other essential duties as deemed necessary by the line manager

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation and archiving of all Means of Verifications
  • Conduct data entry and provide reports on a daily basis about implemented activities.
  • Provide comprehensive reports throughout the year including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative.

Logistics & other operational departments

  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  • Manage and keep track of goods under project and liaise with warehouse focal point on goods delivery and or out of stock requests
  • Prepare weekly movement plan of team under supervision
  • Develop external relationships with municipalities, beneficiaries, ministries, consortium members, relevant sector groups and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with local authorities across the whole project phase for information, approval & follow up purposes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing referrals through NABAD referrals channels
  • Respond to incoming referrals related to WASH construction under area of intervention
  • Support MEL team in creating needs assessment forms and surveys
  • Maintain a close communication with MEL department to follow-up on progress and create/adjust monitoring and evaluation tools.
