• Support implementation of field-level project activities, including trainings, awareness sessions, and distributions (cash and/or in-kind)
• Conduct household visits, beneficiary verification, and data collection in line with targeting criteria
• Assist in beneficiary identification and registration under the guidance of the Project Officer
• Support cash assistance processes (CVA/MPCA), including preparation, on-site distribution support, and basic compliance with procedures
• Collect data for and support post-distribution monitoring (PDM) and beneficiary follow-up
• Maintain regular communication with community committees and beneficiaries to support engagement and participation
• Facilitate community mobilization, sensitization, and awareness activities
• Collect and relay beneficiary feedback and complaints through established accountability mechanisms
• Update and maintain beneficiary databases, tracking sheets, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing
• Support organization of trainings, meetings, and field activities, including logistical and administrative tasks
• Coordinate day-to-day with community-level stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Report field-level challenges, observations, and risks to the Project Officer in a timely manner

• Minimum 2 years of field experience in humanitarian and/or development projects, preferably including cash assistance or basic needs programming
• Basic understanding of CVA/MPCA and beneficiary targeting processes
• Familiarity with community-based approaches, accountability to affected populations (AAP), and field implementation practices
• Basic understanding of DRR, resilience, and humanitarian contexts
• Knowledge of protection principles (CP, GBV, PSEA) and ability to handle sensitive cases appropriately
• Experience in data collection, beneficiary registration, and use of basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Kobo, or similar)
