Project Coordinator ( GBV & SRHR)

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure the project implementation complies with all donors/partners procedures and regulations 
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Ensure project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Conduct orientation sessions to properly orient the staff about overall objectives and activities of the project
• Be the main focal point for M&E unit and work in close collaboration with the team
• Troubleshoot project problems, identify and implement creative solutions
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
• Provide administrative support as needed & prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Proven experience in coaching, training & leading  a team
• Communication and reporting skills, preferably from a multi-cultural environment
• Organizational skills; including an ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexible and highly motivated self-starter
• Fluency in written and spoken  Arabic & English required

Representation:

• Represent Nabad at local coordination meetings
• Identify opportunities for coordination and maintain regular engagement with stakeholders.
