- Lead and coordinate the implementation of all project activities in Bekaa according to the approved work plan and donor requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments and revise action plans based on community needs and contextual changes.
- Coordinate with procurement/logistics and administration to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track and manage project inventory including tools, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of implementation reports with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate with MEAL staff to collect and analyze monitoring data, assess impact, and adjust implementation strategies accordingly.
- Identify and refer child protection (CP), gender-based violence (GBV), and special needs cases to the relevant case management staff.
- Supervise field-level staff (Center Supervisors) and provide technical support during community mobilization, beneficiary selection, and activity rollout.
- Ensure proper archiving and documentation of all implementation processes, beneficiary lists, and financial paperwork in compliance with Nabad policies.
- Act as the key liaison between Nabad and the targeted communities, ensuring inclusive, participatory, and accountable implementation.
