Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS sessions in line with inter-agency selection criteria and do the necessary outreach.
Implement the sessions on a periodical manner and evaluate each session with the children
Deliver Parenting curriculum to caregivers of children attending focused PSS
Ensure PSS sessions is delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards
Ensure to identify and refer children and caregivers in need of case management to CP case management on a monthly basis.
Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation and constantly adapt approaches and exercises with the PSS trainer's approval.
Promote and ensure children's participation in all activities.
Document all necessary feedback and provide a regular monitoring report to the PSS trainer on the progress of children.
Provide awareness sessions to vulnerable people, children and caregivers as directed by the line manager
Support in distribution of DRR kits and provision of sensitization sessions on its use for the affected population.
Ensure that ALL children and caregivers accessing PSS sessions and identified as being at high risk are referred to case management.
Review the coaching session/plan together with the officer and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.
Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring report to the PSS trainer on the progress of children's attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent, referrals etc.)
Assist in conducting assessments and MEL tools with the coordination with MEAL department.
