PSS Facilitator - GBV

Tasks & Responsibilities
1.    Promote and introduce the Nabad integrated approach to GBV services to institutions, centers, PHCs and individuals.
2.    Plan and conduct Gbv PSS Sessions .
3.    Contribute and regularly update service mapping of service providers within the area of intervention to ensure that GBV caseworkers are                 informed of all relevant and available services.
4.    Safe identification and referral for beneficiaries to GBV case managers.
5.    Identify opportunities for awareness raising, whether at a community center or other safe space. 
6.    Organize focus group discussions on relevant information when needed.
7.    To identify protection concerns of young girls and women within the community they are working in.
8.  Attend Nabad and other trainings when relevant training is available in coordination with Team leader/or Program Manager. 
9.  Prepare, take-part and document meetings.
10.  Attend meetings with Program manager and/or Officer when such meetings are planned.
11.  Engage men and boys within the GBV- NABAD Program and promote Gender Equality.
