- Conduct case-by-case assessments of psychological disorders and develop individualized case plans in accordance with MHPSS guidelines and psychological case management SOPs.
- Implement individualized counseling plans for cases of psychological distress, in close coordination with the protection team.
- Provide the necessary mental health care through individual and group counseling sessions and psychosocial support interventions, according to assessed needs.
- Document case progress while maintaining strict confidentiality and consent protocols, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Establish and strengthen referral pathways, particularly for cases experiencing severe mental or emotional distress.
- Provide regular feedback to supervisors and case workers to ensure high-quality, effective service delivery.
- Actively participate in relevant working groups, technical meetings, and coordination forums to support the review, quality, and standardization of MHPSS services.
- Conduct community awareness sessions on mental health services and activities to raise knowledge and sensitization.
- Work to increase organizational representation in mental health platforms and working groups to sustain and maintain services in line with sector standards.
