Vocational Trainer

Description:
This training aims at providing women at risk and adolescent girls with a venue to vent out, acquire a new skill and build a peer support network. All leading to an improved self- confidence and lead towards generating income
The consultant shall be responsible for the following deliverables.
Training Cycle Program, and calendar of training sessions
A comprehensive list of all needed items (equipment and material) for each training cycle.
Training Curriculum  
Final report 
Learnings shall be provided over 8 month’s period.
Provision of a vocational workshop on wool knitting or handmade accessories to a group of approximately 45 women/girls in selected areas in Bekaa. 

Practical experience for at least three years in providing training to beneficiaries (WOMEN)
Experience in Life Skills trainings.
Excellent social and personal relationships.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English technical words knowledge.
Previous experience in income generating activities.
