TKS/AN-ITB-LB-2024-08 “Hab Pumping Station water project” (Tripoli)

project objective are:

To purchase and equip pumping sets with the related hydraulic accessories, civil and mechanical works within El Hab WTP to lift water towards Qalamoun locality reservoir using the existing gravity and lift lines that have been laid from El Hab water treatment plant (WTP) to the already constructed, equipped but lately stopped operating Qalamoun pumping station (PS) and from Qalamoun pumping station (PS) to Qalamoun reservoir.

 

  1. Construct a bypass of 350 mm diameter and PN 25 ductile iron pipeline of 10 meters in length at the existing Qalamoun PS with the necessary hydraulic accessories to enable direct water pumping from El Hab PS to Qalamoun reservoirs.
  2. Alternative 3: Equip El Hab WTP with a set of totally new booster pumps (Three new pumps, where two will be operating and one will be stand-by mode).
  3.  Alternative 4: Equip El Hab WTP with two new pumps and moving one old pump from Qalamoun
  4. Construct a reinforced concrete foundation for the pumps.
  5. Rehabilitate the existing control room including louvers for doors, internal painting.

Interested Bidders should send an email to: Procurement@tankamelsawa.org  attaching the needed documents (listed below) to receive the Tender Dossier, maximum by 12th of March 2025.

The Tender Dossier with all the relevant mandatory documents to be submitted on or before Tuesday, 18th October 2024, 02:00 PM by hand to the office address (Tripoli - Behsas, el Zafer bldg Block A. 5th Floor, Facing EDL | Lebanon).

Please provide the following documents to receive the tender file:

  1. Proof of Company Registration in Lebanon
  2. Tax compliance certificate VAT
  3. Commitment letter from the bidder to provide a bank guarantee of the same amount of the down payment (with proof of fresh account for the guarantee).
  4. Company profile & portfolio (between two to five similar implementation)
