- Implement financial policy guidelines and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Participate in the formulation of function’s strategy and long-term goals.
- Support establishing financial forecasts for the group.
- Monitor group’s liquidity and its day to day cash management.
- Gather data from business units to generate financial consolidation of the group and make sure balances are up to date.
- Perform all accounting practices including bank reconciliation, taxation, NSSF, payroll etc..
- Assist in research activities to provide analysis on market direction, impact of economic influences on the industry and investment opportunities.
- Keep abreast of new developments in financial regulations.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with a finance department.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Able to manage high volume workload
- Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
- Good analytical ability
- Good problem-solving ability
- At least 3 years working experience in SAP
- Preferably with exposure to taxation laws of KSA, Iraq, Egypt & Syria
