Main responsibilities include:

- Monitor and follow up on current and prospective portfolios 

- Look for new leads and build strong customer relations

- Facilitate disbursement and collection and meet set target

- Implement compliance in all work steps

- Prepare and present periodic reports

- Promote institution services

 

The Ideal candidate:

- Has a university graduate with 2 years of experience in the field of microfinance

- Has excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)

- Has a good working knowledge in Microsoft office
