  • Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic plans to increase both the employers’ and job seekers’ database, promote the program services and enhance community engagement.
  • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, job fairs, and other communication opportunities.
  • Track applicants and employers from assigned recruitment areas.
  • Any other tasks as requested by the manager.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience preparing reports.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Fluent in English, and French is a plus.
