- Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic plans to increase both the employers’ and job seekers’ database, promote the program services and enhance community engagement.
- Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, job fairs, and other communication opportunities.
- Track applicants and employers from assigned recruitment areas.
- Any other tasks as requested by the manager.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
- Preferred experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience preparing reports.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Fluent in English, and French is a plus.
