We’re Hiring: Part-Time Accounting & Procurement Officer (Project-Based – 6 Months)

IRADA – Khoubourat Program is seeking a Part-Time Accounting and Procurement Officer to support a project-based assignment for a period of six months. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial management and procurement processes aligned with INGO and donor standards.

Position: Part-Time Accounting & Procurement Officer
Duration: 6 months (Project-Based)
Working Schedule: Part-time
Location: Beirut

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including documentation, data entry, and financial reporting.
– Ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines, donor regulations, and internal SOPs.
– Manage procurement processes (RFQs, bid analysis, vendor selection, POs) in line with INGO and donor procurement standards.
– Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial and procurement records.
– Prepare and compile all supporting documents to ensure alignment with donor requirements.
– Ensure all audit files, supporting documents, and reports are fully prepared and timely ready for inspection.
– Coordinate with vendors, service providers, finance team, and project team as needed.

Requirements:
– Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience within INGOs or donor-funded projects.
– Strong understanding of donor compliance, procurement cycles, and financial documentation.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential).
– Strong communication and reporting skills.
