Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation:
• Design, plan, and execute skill development and employability programs for existing the College students.
• Oversee the implementation of externally funded capacity-building programs for new students and trainees.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to align programs with market needs.
• Develop program schedules, materials, and methodologies to ensure effective delivery.
• Ensure programs comply with institutional and funding requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, industries, and employment agencies to establish partnerships for student internships, training, and employment opportunities.
• Liaise with external funders to secure program funding and meet donor expectations.
• Work with academic and administrative staff to integrate programs into the institutional framework.
Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track program progress, outcomes, and participant feedback to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Analyze labor market trends and provide insights to adapt programs to evolving industry needs.
Support and Guidance:
• Provide guidance and support to students participating in employability programs, helping them build resumes, prepare for interviews, and develop professional skills.
• Organize job fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect students with potential employers.
Administrative Duties:
• Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of participants, outcomes, and funding activities.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and related activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, capacity building, or a related role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and employment development strategies in Lebanon.
