Agricultural Innovation Officer

Help the Agriculture team to coordinate all vocational activities within the Lebanese Agriculture Vocational schools and follow up the success stories that will benefit for seeds funding by the project -          Prepare the project work plan and chronogram of intervention with the colleagues of the Agri department; -          Participate to the coordination meetings with the partners: Ministry of Agriculture, FAO, Fondazione Minoprio and Biladi; -          Follow up the outreach of youth, to plan Vocational courses; -          Coordinate the teachers’ meeting for the elaboration of the short term vocational training; the booklet elaboration; -          Follow up with the directors of the schools the Assessment of needs and the purchases of tools for the schools; -          Facilitate the implementation of BILADI courses, liaising with school directors, tutors and teachers; -          Follow up the students that will be granted by “Seed funding” in order to develop their success stories; perform interviews,                  prepare training (with BILADI), assess the needs; purchase the material; follow up; -          Coordinate with Nawaya, in charge of Training for the selected students, for entrepreneurship and design thinking. -          Fulfil report duties; -          Perform any other relevant duties as required.
